Summer marked a turning point for me.
My heart opened to a new depth of freedom and joy, and it was unmistakable to everyone who saw me — at summer festivals, work, and even on the street – I consistently heard ‘YOU ARE RADIATING’.
It was such a relief to feel like myself again because the months leading up to this were drastically different.
Winter and early spring had me in a place of unsettling change, a stagnant space where almost everything felt grey and bitter. In this season, decisions that would typically come naturally felt tangled and difficult. It was a new experience for me— to feel unsure about what I needed to do, and to doubt myself – it was as if my inner compass had lost its bearings.
Determined to understand what was unfolding, I leaned into my embodiment practices and took a deep dive into intuition. I went to talks, read books, and started to ask myself the questions:
What does intuition feel like in my body? How do I tell it apart from other impulses? What does a “full-body yes” or “no” really feel like?
For months, I kept exploring until I reached a quiet breakthrough, a renewed sense of clarity and confidence in my inner voice.
Now, I’m stepping into a new chapter.
I made a big career decision following this period; I’m excited to share that I am now training to become a UK-accredited biodynamic body psychotherapist. This commitment, which will take four to six years, feels deeply aligned with my passion and purpose.
It’s a journey centred on holistic healing and the wisdom of the body, something that I have been exploring in the past decade but hadn’t committed to as a full-time career path. I am so excited to immerse myself fully now, with a full heart and open mind.
I’m sure all my readers know the importance of intuition but in my own experience, there remains little guidance on how to reconnect with your intuitive power.
It’s because of this that I’m thrilled to share that I’m creating a new group workshop experience around intuition. The workshop will explore:
Knowing the signals of intuition: Understanding both the science and personal experience of intuition and learning to identify the subtle signals your body sends.
Overcoming blocks to your intuition: Recognising and releasing limiting beliefs and fears that keep us from fully trusting ourselves.
Activating your inner voice: Cultivating confidence in your inner guidance and learning to listen to what it truly wants to say.
Making full-body decisions: Aligning your choices with your deepest desires and making decisions that resonate throughout the body.
